By signing up for the free newsletter service you will recieve every so often recieve a newsletter with Muir Surf and Sport surf reports, articles, surf product updates, and special announcements from MuirSurf.com. At ANY time, you may unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or by going to your personal profile page and unchecking the "Recieve Newsletters" feature.

What information do we collect when I purchase from the store?
When you order, we need to know all the relevant information in order to get our goods to your door and communicate any information about your order to you. This includes your name and address for shipping and your email address to notify you of your order status. We also collect credit card information, but do not store it, so that we can process your order.

How does MuirSurf.com protect my customer information?

Shipping and Return Policy

Expected Shipping Time All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS or the US Postal Service. Any prospected delay falling outside of this range will be dealt with on a customer to customer basis.

Returns & Exchanges Will be accepted only with a Return Authorization Number issued from Muir Surf and Sport. Items returned after twenty days will be subject to restocking charges which are dependent on the item. We carry only top quality items (no seconds). If, however, a defect should show up or we send you the wrong item by mistake, call for a Return Authorization Number, return it and we will rush you a replacement. Sorry, no refunds on used items.

International Shipments At this time we only ship to the continental US.

Freight Damage & Claims Inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Notations of any shortages or damages MUST be made on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing. All claims for damage must be filed with the delivering freight company within 1-5 days of delivery. We will, however, assist you in filling a claim IF all the correct procedures have been carried out. Call our Customer Service for assistance.

Partial Shipments May be made when some items are back ordered (out of stock). We do this because we know that you want your equipment as fast as possible. Partial shipments will not be made on orders requesting "No Back Orders" &/or "Ship Complete".
