My name is Robbie Lyons...I am part of the Ninja Bomb Squad and wanted to say that the demo with Gravity a couple weeks ago was alot of fun. It was good to meet so many other skaters that are willing to slide. Also, great BBQ and drinks. It is always sweet to skate with new people and that session really opened my eyes to the skate scene in San Diego. Next time I head out to Blacks with the rest of the Ninjas, I am most definitely stopping by your shop to pick up some shirts and whatnot. I am always willing to represent a store that actually stocks good equipment and are willing to spread the stoke. I am definitely looking forward to heading there whenever I can make it down to La Jolla and whenever the weather is good (Hopefully Saturday!). Scott, the board arrived today and I'd just like to say that it's
fantastic! I took it out for a short cruise despite the 30 degree
weather (yeah... Wisconsin sucks) and it was a lot of fun. It's really
smooth and just feels nice. It really gets going even down minor
inclines. It was fun to watch cars drive by and give me funny looks.
And thanks for the wheel upgrade, it's good to know that I'm riding a
quality set of wheels and bearings. (The whole set up does look quite
nice together) I'm looking forward to some nicer weather so I can start
riding it into town and such (I have no car). Overall, just thanks for such a great product at a low cost and awesome service.
